Production Turnaround Time
Rush Services

Standard turnaround: 2–4 business days

Production begins once artwork is approved and payment is received

Orders submitted after 2:00 PM begin processing the next business day.
✱ Large or Specialty Orders
Large quantity orders, specialty printing, apparel, promotional items, or outsourced services may require additional production time and may not qualify for rush service or our Standard Turnaround Time.
✱ Restrictions
✱ Orders must be received before 2PM for both Next-Day and Same-Day service guarantee.​
✱ Prompt approval and feedback help keep production on schedule. Delays in communication or additional design changes may affect turnaround time.​
✱ This service prioritizes an order ahead of other scheduled jobs and is subject to production schedule & material availability.

The Standard Stuff
We create banners, blueprints, business cards, brochures, stickers, flyers, rack cards, post cards, tent cards, menus, posters, signs and much more. We also offer binding services, cutting/trimming and other types of finishing.
No minimums on most items—order just what you need.
Customized Items
Full Color, High Quality
We also design and produce non-paper goods, such as full color custom mugs, coasters, coozies, tshirts, bags, and other customized items via sublimation printing, screen printing or decal application.

Office Services
No More Cartridge Chaos
Need documents printed, copied or scanned? Come to our shop instead of fighting with multiple devices. Scans can be printed, emailed to you or to any email address you specify. We also do document shredding, lamination, and faxes out.
We also offer hole punching services (for that giant 3" wide binder you hate) and two types of binding: saddle stitch and spiral binding. You can make your own family album, bring your digital scrapbook to life, or even make yourself the notebook you've always dreamed of.

Access Your Mail From Anywhere
Let us be your mailbox - via iPostal, we will get your mail delivered to our office and manage it for you. We can forward, scan, recycle, shred or let you pick them up. Access your digital mailbox using our app or website.
Blueprints
We print big ideas. Literally.
From compact 12"x18" prints to oversized 36"x48" plans and anything in between, we’ve got you covered. Need a custom size? Not a problem. We print on bond or durable mylar, in crisp black & white or vibrant full color. Choose how you’d like your prints finished: rolled, stapled, or packaged to your specs. Just tell us what you need—we’ll handle the rest.

Kay
Owner
Kay fell in love with Pleasure Island in the late '80s—possibly for the sunsets, definitely for the people. After crunching numbers for 30 years in accounting and operations, she retired in 2019 and promptly threw herself into volunteering, By 2021, she was President of Island Women. Then in 2023, she shocked everyone, including herself, by un-retiring to chase her dream of owning a business. She just didn’t realize that dream involved toner, paper jams, and becoming the proud owner of CB print shop.

Customer Service Manager​
​Lane has been in the print industry for 7 years, starting at Staples, and has been helping CB Print Shop grow since day one. He's a natural leader and our go-to guy for production know-how and problem solving. Lane keeps things running smoothly and never backs down from a challenge—especially when there's a tight deadline involved. Whether he's troubleshooting a machine or answering customer questions, he brings the same friendly, can-do attitude that makes working with CB Print Shop a great experience.

Zoe is a rising senior at UNCW, majoring in Digital Art with a minor in Computer Science. She enjoys learning about the print industry while furthering her technology skills. She's also a very proud bunny mom.

Nik first spent 8 years in web design and development, then shifted to focus on digital marketing for the last 9 years - and is very excited to now be learning print design & production. She lives for her cat and stationery.
